infoBefore Alissa decided she would regularly jump(she had contact with Ski jumping since she was a child, her brother Anders is also a Ski jumper) she trained swimming, up till age of 15 she won as many as 9 medals!

In her carrier she scored two dangerous falls, one just before championships in USA 2003(she lost consciousness, had most of her skin torn from her face) which wouldn't discourage her from starting and taking 2nd place on K-90 and getting to lead 30 in boys category. The second time was at the end of summer season(this one caused a neccessity of a knee surgery and 5-month rest from training).

Alissa is very ambitious, in Summer she makes up for all school inadequacies that accumulate during the season. She is interested in physiotherapy, she wants to become an orthopedic surgeon.

In her free time she likes to play football, ski and go walking.

Her sport idols are Tommy Ingebrigsten, Lance Armstrong and Julie Fouly.

Her dream, as most of other competitors, is to take part in the Olympics as well as to jump over 200 meters.

Alissa's life motto is: "Grip it and rip it!".

TRIVIA:
Longest jump: 122 meters
