America’s Sarah Henrickson received a new knee surgery on Thursday. After recovering from an ACL rupture suffered last summer, the 19-year old had just returned to the jumping hills at the Olympics in Sochi. But since then she felt a pain in her right knee, that made this new surgery necessary.

On her official Facebook site, Hendrickson wrote: “I am finished with my third career knee surgery! I got it all cleaned out and there was in fact a large ball of scar tissue that I had been dealing with while in Sochi. Im glad I found the source of pain and finally moving on from this injury.”
