Coline Mattel jumped exactly 100.0 meters and so came fourth. Jessica Jerome jumped 97.5 meters and so took rank fife. Although she jumped 99.0 meters Maja Vtic came sixth behind her due to wind and gate compensation points. Atsuo Tanaka placed on seven with a jump of 97.0 meters, eight behind her is Yuki Ito with a jump of 98.5 meters.
The big surprise of the trial round was, that Sarah Hendrickson, who did not make a jump over 90 meters in the official trainings, was able to jump 97.0 meters – that meant the 12th place for her. This is the first competition Hendrickson attends after curing an ACL injury suffered last summer.
This trial round shows perfectly, that it will be a very close race tonight. So we can really look forward to see an exciting competition. It will be kicked-off at 20:30 local time.
