Daniela Iraschko’s winning streak continues. With jumps on 102.0 and 94.0 meters, she won also the second competition in Falun on Sunday. It is the sixth victory in a row for the Austrian. Second rank took her team-mate Jacqueline Seifriedsberger, who twice jumped on 95.5 meters. Third rank took America’s Lindsey Van (91.5 and 92.0 m).
Fourth came Jessica Jerome (USA, 86.5 and 91.0 m). Norway’s Line Jahr finally took the fifth rank; after the first round she was still placed on third (94.0 and 83.0 m). Sixth place took Sara Takanashi (JPN, 91.5 and 82.0 m), who was sharing the fourth rank with Van after the first round.
In the overall Continental Cup Iraschko has now taken the lead (600 points). Runner-up is Seifriedsberger with 510 points. Coline Mattel (FRA), who was not competing in Falun, is still on the third rank with 503 points.
The final Continental Cup for this summer will be held on the next weekend in Liberec.
