Bischofsgrün, Pöhla and Oberwiesenthal host the German Summer Tour next week.
The Continental Cup continues this weekend in Bischofsgrün. Two competitions will be held on the HS 74 there. A large number of jumpers is expected to compete there, 15 countries have signed up 65 athletes. Unfortunately the U.S. team will be missing, like already at the last CoCs in Poland. Their new head coach Alan Alborn told Ladies-Skijumping.com, that the team will not do any traveling this summer, only Trondheim might be an exception. The team is right now in a phase of rebuilding and refocusing.
The competitions in Bischofsgrün are part of the German Summer Tour, together with a FIS-Race in Pöhla on Wednesday and the Continental Cups in Oberwiesenthal next weekend. The overall winner of the Tour is determined by adding the total points of all five competitions.
