Sofya Tikhonova won the FIS Cups in Rasnov. Dana Haralambie, Daria Grushina and Xinyue Chang second and third.
On the weekend two FIS Cups were held in Rasnov, Romania. In total 10 jumpers from Russia, China Romania and Poland competed on the HS71 hill.
Winner on both days came Sofya Tikhonova from Russia. On Saturday she won ahead of the only Romanian jumper Dana Haralambie, China’s Xinyue Chang came third. On Sunday Russia celebrated a double victory, as Daria Grushina came second behind Tikhonova. Like on the day before, the third place was taken by Chang.
These competitions in Rasnov were the only Ladies’ FIS Cups this winter. Winner of the overall FIS Cup, that also considers two competitions that were held in Villach last summer, came Tikhonova with 212 points. Second came Haralambie with 165 points, and third with 160 points Slovenia’s Ema Klinec, who did not compete in Rasnov.
